The Dragon Varsity Golf team did not, as the saying goes, put themselves in position to reach the state tournament with their performance on the opening day of the Region 1 Tournament. They sat in 5th after one day of competition and therefore had to have one of the greatest days in program history to see their season continue.

Mission accomplished! With a great day 2 the Dragons rallied to reach the state tournament, finishing in bronze medal position, shooting a team score today of 289.

Congratulations go to the state qualifying team of Tanner Bevill, Caden Honea, DJ Springer, Cole Fisher and Will Fore.
