Good Morning Dragon Fans. As this is the first home game day of the year please read the below letter from Dragon Athletics regarding new tailgating policies for 2018. This is SLC Game Day!!!

Hello Dragon Tailgaters,

We are excited to host our home opener Friday, September 7th against Colleyville Heritage High School. Dragon Stadium provides one of the best atmospheres in America for high school football. However, parking continues to be a difficult challenge. In order to provide all Dragons a great experience as we support our team, we are required to consider parking procedures.

We appreciate that tailgating at Dragon Stadium is one of our many great traditions. Carroll ISD needs your cooperation. In order to generate additional parking for ALL Dragon fans, the East side of the home parking lot and the far outside perimeters of the lot are designated as our official tailgating areas.

Anyone wanting to reserve a place to tailgate in these designated areas may reserve up to 4 parking spots. Volunteers will come by each area to collect fees for each spot being used or reserved. In addition, all cars entering the parking lot must pay a parking fee. Paid reserved spots do not cover the parking costs for other cars that have not arrived. As the 7:00 kickoff approaches, please remove items from as many parking spots as possible to allow other Dragon fans to park. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO TAILGATING IN THE DRAGON ZONE. Any effort to reserve a spot in the Dragon Zone will be picked up by stadium personnel.

Finally, always make safety a priority. Do not allow children to ride through the parking lot in golf carts and monitor them at all times. Thank you for your past and future cooperation with the tailgating procedures. It helps ensure a great experience for all supporters and fans of Carroll Dragon Football.
