On Friday, Carroll Senior Caden Leonard was named the Texas Boys Cross Country PLAYER OF THE YEAR!! This is the third straight year Leonard has received this award to bookend his three individual 6A State Championships!!!
Gatorade selects Players of the Year in 12 sports. And then the 50 state winners compete against each other for the national Gatorade Player of the Year, to be announced at a later date.
