In their second ever match on local television tonight, your Southlake Carroll Lady Dragons walked into Byron Nelson - well ok technically it was Northwest as Byron Nelson's gym is under construction- and upset the apple cart on the 4-6A standings!!!

The Lady Dragons dropped a first set, 19-25, but stormed back to take the next three in convincing fashion. They share the district lead with Keller who defeated Northwest in an earlier match tonight. Both teams are now 4-1 in district while Nelson sits a game behind at 3-2.

The Lady Dragons are now 14-11 overall while Nelson is 21-5. A reminder that even in last year's state championship season the Cats swept the Lady Dragons in a pair of district matches. Check another goal off the board for Head Coach Leslie Jackson and her program.
