The Lady Dragon Soccer team, knowing they have already clinched the district title, might have been forgiven for a slow start on their senior night. Instead, they poured in three first half goals in route to a 5-0 shutout victory over LD Bell in their final regular season home game of 2017-2018.

The green and white wasted no time getting on the board, scoring in the game's first 10 minutes on a goal by Leslie Fields. Then the parade of goals continued with one by Taylor Tufts, shortly followed by Georgie Phelps then Leslie again then Taylor again. Bing, Bang, Boom and Bing, Bang again! It was just that kind of great soccer night!!

Senior Lucy Gomez recorded the shutout tonight as well as earning the team's coveted OTIS award as awarded by Coach Paul Lee. According to Lee, Gomez is "a servant leader who comes to training every day to raise the game of the players around her."

Thank you to all Lady Dragon Seniors for such a spectacular home career. There's one game left in the regular season which is a special Monday kickoff vs. Hebron on the road at 7:30pm on March 19th.
