Lady Dragon Softball had hit a brief bump in the road, getting off to a 1-3 start in district play. Tonight, however, the Lady Dragons, 15-8, 2-3, reasserted themselves in 5-6A play with a 6-0 victory over Keller Central.

The Lady Dragon offense scattered 6 runs over 7 innings while the ladies were spotless from the hill. The win in the circle went to senior Lauren Long who worked 3 innings to pick up the W. Senior Allie Nuenke recorded the game's final 9 outs to pick up the save.

The team is back in action on Friday, March 22 when they take on Eaton on the road.
