The weekend we have been waiting for all year starts on Thursday, Aug 22 - today!!

Tonight's 3rd Annual Ladies Dragon Football Clinic, hosted by Carroll Athletic Booster Club and presented by Southlake Style and Scratch Kitchen, begins with tailgating at 5:45 pm with doors opening at 6:30pm at the Dragon Field House at Carroll Sr. High. Tickets are $40.00 at the door. This fabulous season kickoff event includes Hors d'oeuvres provided by Scratch Kitchen. Get expert tips from your Dragon Varsity Coaching staff so you are ready for the season. Enter to win great prizes by joining the $10 per ticket raffle. But that is just the first quarter of great football related events.

The one and only scrimmage vs. Arlington takes place Friday, August 23rd at 7pm at Dragon Stadium with sub varsity scrimmages preceding.

And the weekend is capped off with the annual Community Pep Rally on Saturday, August. 24th at Dragon Stadium. Parking lots open at 5pm with with Food Trucks, DJ Entertainment and Kids Zone. This place will be rocking. There will be a silent auction, there will be signing tents, there will be giveaways and more! Everyone then will head inside the stadium at 7pm for the Pep Rally featuring all levels of Dragon Football from varsity to DYF. All Cheer will also be highlighted from Varsity down to our youth cheerleaders. America's favorite drill team - the Emerald Belles - as seen on America's Got Talent - will have their first performance in the stadium this year. The fabulous Dragon Band, Color Guard and Crew will also take the field.
