Another week another competitive group of Dragon Cross Country runners at the Marcus 1 invitational this week.

Four squads of Dragon teams each took top two finishes as Varsity Boys Elite took 2nd. Nate Lannen was the top overall finisher for the Dragons as he finished in 4th place.

Varsity Boys Open took top honors as Solomon Chavez crossed the line winning the Open Division.

The same order repeated itself as the Varsity Girls Elite took silver medal position with Jenna Holland taking 2nd. Varsity Girls Open took 1st with Natalie Ng taking 2nd.

Up next its the rarest of all things for your Dragon Cross Country team as they host the annual Southlake Invitational meet on Saturday, Sept. 7th at Bob Jones Park. This is the only time the Dragons get to host a meet every season and it is a HUGE event.
