The Lady Dragon Softball team went to a double header Saturday against Midland, winning the series in three games.
This dramatic playoff victory earned them the right to play in week three of the playoffs. The Region 1 Quarterfinals of the UIL playoffs will take place this week starting Thursday, May 13th at 7:30pm at Weatherford HS. Game two will be Friday, May 14th at 7pm also at Weatherford HS and then If necessary game 3 will be Saturday, May 15th at 12pm at Weatherford HS.
