The Dragon and Lady Dragon Swim/Dive teams dominated the Region 2-6A meet at the Lewisville Westside Aquatic Center yesterday.

The meet had been previously scheduled for last weekend before the ice storm moved in. Now 16 swimmers, 8 from each squad, that is to say 8 Dragons and 8 Lady Dragons plus 2 Lady Dragon divers are all headed for the UIL State Swim Meet in Austin on Feb. 18-19.

The Lady Dragons captured the Region 2 meet with a total team score of 531 and the Dragons captured the Region 2 meet with a team score of 430.

Three relay teams from both the Dragons and Lady Dragons are headed to state swimming.
