Your Lady Dragon Softball team is headed back to Round 3 of the UIL Playoffs for the second time in three years.

If you didn't sit with us on social media or weren't at the game on Friday in Stephenville, then perhaps you don't know that Lady Dragon Softball sat through a second 3 hour lightning delay on Friday night. This is after they sat through a 3 hour lightning delay Thursday evening too. When all the lightning was over the Lady Dragon bats had provided plenty of thunder, scoring 28 runs in the series against San Angelo Central while only allowing 4.

The Lady Dragons had a 2-0 sweep in the series, thusly we are moving on the Region 1 Quarterfinals vs. Boswell this weekend.

First game is Thursday, May 11th at 6:00 pm at Boswell HS
Second game is Friday, May 12th at 6:00 pm at Lady Dragon Softball Complex.
Third game, if necessary, is breakfast and softball at 11:00 am at Northwest HS on Saturday, May 13th.
