The school year is underway and so is the season for your Lady Dragon Volleyball team.

Last night the season's march began with a tidy 3-0 sweep over Grapevine. And now the bonding experience that is tournament season begins on Thursday, Aug. 15th. It is bagels and volleyball with a 9:00 am match against defending 6A TAAPS state champion Prestonwood Christian Academy and former head coach Ryan Mitchell.

Play will continue all day long as part of the Battle of the Rock Tournament. Carroll's pool will take place at Rockwall Heath HS. So, after the Prestonwood match at 9, Carroll will take on Frisco Wakeland at 12:45 pm and then Allen at 2 pm.
