At this point you are probably in the midst of your back to school shopping or trying to squeeze in one last vacation, but did you know the athletic school year started yesterday?

Dragon Tennis got the team season underway with a dual match against Round Rock Westwood and San Antonio Reagan. The team split the pair, dropping the opener to Westwood, 11-8 and then defeating Reagan 10-8.

Up next Dragon Tennis, 1-1, will host a portion of the Plano West Tournament when they take on San Angelo Central on Friday, at 8:30 am at CSHS Tennis Complex. Then they host Amarillo, Friday at 2:00 pm and Lubbock High on Saturday, August 8th at 8:00 am.
